Just a thought.
Sometimes it seems so painful to get better. But when you feel the pain, it is not that bad afterall. The next time you falls, you know it is not that bad.
I have a dog which is recuperating from a broken leg. There will always be options.
1. She don't overcome her mental barrier of pain and uses only 3 legs. Life will not resume to how it was, and how it should be where 4 legs is used to walk, run and sit.
2. She go through the pain (psychologically and physically) and start strengthening the broken leg. Life resumes although it can be really painful.
You can choose to remain in your comfort zone but you will remain there forever. Or choose to come out of your comfort zone and be better.
